CMC Update

For the safety of our clients, volunteers, and staff, we are closing our regular Office/Lobby operations until March 30th. So many of our clients and volunteers fall into the most at-risk categories and we hope to still meet needs while reducing face-to-face contact. Here are some important details to know:

We WILL continue to operate our StoreHouse Food Pantry on Thursdays 9:30am to 1:30pm. We are asking clients to stay in their vehicles upon arrival and volunteers will bring out pre-made food boxes to limit unnecessary contact. We have removed serve limits. Families may come and receive food boxes every week until we return to our normal operations. There is no need to come earlier than 9:30am. Every family will receive a quality food box. If you or someone you know is shut-in, send us a direct message or email office@ministrycenter.org

Conway Corporation and Entergy have committed to suspending utility disconnections during this time. If you or someone you know has received a shut-off notice, communicate with the utility company.

For our homeless clients ONLY: We will be providing nonperishable meal packs daily (while supplies last). Bethlehem House will be serving breakfast (6am to 8am) and Dinner (6pm) as well as offering showers from noon to 5pm. Salvation Army will be providing coffee and snacks each morning.

If you need to reach us during this time, please direct message us or email office@ministrycenter.org.
